Inverness Campus is an opportunity for companies to establish a presence in a location with a strong and well established local supply chain. Throughout the area, clusters of specialised companies are working together within the life sciences and technology sectors.
Within the HIE region there already exists a strong spread of companies focused on developing these opportunities. Businesses are actively collaborating and investors in the region are welcome.
Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE), along with public sector partners, supports established companies and new investors. The agency can provide a dedicated account manager who will ensure that your company is aware of, and can access, the wide range of products and support designed to develop business growth.
We are Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE). We’re an ambitious organisation with a unique remit that integrates economic and community development.
We will work alongside companies looking to locate on the Campus and can offer a wide range of support including: specialist advice, industry expertise, business support programmes and access to our vast network of contacts throughout the region.
We will work with you to develop an exclusive relationship and ensure you have a smooth transition to Inverness Campus, as our resident swans will atest to with a new family of cygnets caught emulating the iconic Beatles Abbey Road Crossing by Ian Thomson (July 2017)
Inverness Airport is connected to over a dozen UK airports and offers three flights to London per day. Twice daily, the Inverness to Amsterdam Schiphol route allows for connections and onward travel worldwide including places as far afield as Dubai, New York, Montreal, Beijing and Singapore. The Campus sits alongside the A9 and A96, the main trunk roads linking Inverness to Scotland’s other main cities. Inverness train and bus stations are just a short drive away, providing convenient and efficient transport connections to the rest of the country. Location on Google Maps >>
By Foot and Cycle
The Campus is designed for easy access by foot and cycle paths. A pedestrian and cycle bridge crossing the A9 links the Campus with the Centre for Health Science, Raigmore Hospital, LifeScan Scotland and on to Inverness city centre. To the east a new cycle route links to Inverness Business & Retail Park.
One of our key priorities at Inverness Campus has been to ensure that organisations locating here will be globally connected.
We have installed an extensive network of infrastructure in preparation for fibre roll-out across the Campus. We want to make it easy for our businesses to exploit all the benefits world class, superfast broadband can bring.
