Enterprise Area Plots, East

Plots 8, 9 and 10 running down the eastern side of the Campus follow the same development codes and guidelines as the other development plots. They combined with the west side plots form 5.46 hectares that constitutes the Inverness Campus Enterprise Area.

Development plot material

Public realm materials must be taken from the following palette in order of preference:

•     Caithness slab
•     granite setts
•     natural stone kerb
•     asphalt
•     self-binding gravel

Concrete block should not be used unless good quality product such as Marshall's 'Tegula' or equivalent. Self-binding gravel should be Breedon Gravel or similar local equivalent in neutral tone to co-ordinate with RAL colour palette.
