Phase one - proposed occupiers
For new companies seeking to locate in Inverness and develop their innovative ideas, business incubation space has been created at the Centre for Health Science (CfHS), offices and laboratory space is available for health-related firms with high growth potential. This innovative approach, in advance of the completion Campus infrastructure, may act as a stepping stone before locating on the Campus.
Four plots on the Campus have been allocated to date as part of the phase one development plans:

Inverness college UHI will be relocating from its Longman industial estate site to the south west side of Phase I.

A New concept Commer-social Hotel, to be run on an innovative social enterprise model by Calman Trust and Albyn Housing, will be adjacent to the sports facilities and parklands.

Expansion of the Centre for Health Science Phase IV to the south east side.

The Scottish Agricultural College ( SAC) will also relocate to the Research area within the site on the east side in a collaborative development with the CfHS and adjacent to it.
