Solasta House

Built to complement its neighbour, Aurora house, Solasta House will provide 2,300m² of space over two floors.

Largely built as shell and core, Solasta can offer office and laboratory space fitted out to clients requirements.

Enterprise Area incentives also apply to those making Solasta a home for their business.

Building started in March 2018 and is expected to be complete for tenants to move in within 12 months.

  • In 2015, occupancy rates rose to a high of 91.9% (July) the highest rate in the whole of the UK.
