The Village at Plot 14 brings a new type of business space to Inverness Campus - designed specifically for smaller, ambitious organisations looking to grow within the Campus’ collaborative environment.
The eight sites are intentionally small and adaptable, suitable for a range of Class 4 uses - from light manufacturing to office based businesses.
The development is moving into a new phase, with HIE and our architects Andrew Black Design taking forward a planning application with Highland Council for the first two small business units and supporting infrastructure.
What’s happening now
The current planning application includes:
- Two new flexible, single-storey business units
- Enabling infrastructure to support future development within Plot 14
